Guarantees, Exchanges and Refunds
Todos os equipamentos seminovos comercializados pela ibitech têm uma garantia de 18 meses, exceto baterias (6 meses de garantia).
The warranty covers all charges for replacement parts and labour, which are necessary to remedy the fault.
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase of the equipment.
Activation of the guarantee:
To activate the warranty, it is mandatory to present the original invoice, which includes the purchase date and serial number of the equipment.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including consumables such as batteries, chargers or accessories.
- Drops, breaks and cracks to the screen, back and camera lens;
- Improper use, negligence or accidental damage such as: falls, water or moisture damage, and/or physical damage.
- If it is found that the equipment has been opened or repaired by the customer or a third party;
- Aesthetic damage including scratches, dents or stains;
- If the serial number is illegible or has been removed;
- If the guarantee seals are damaged or altered.
- Aesthetic changes, e.g. changing the colour of the chassis;
- Damage caused by transport, (verified on receipt of order)
- Software problems or malfunction of third party software;
Returns
You can exchange/return any equipment purchased within 14 days after the date of purchase, with the following conditions:
- Present the purchase invoice of the equipment;
- It is in the exact condition in which it was purchased (no signs of use after purchase);
- The equipment box is complete (cable and charger);
- The device must be delivered formatted (without any customer information) and with the iCloud account removed.
Solicite a devolução/garantia do seu equipamento através do email geral@ibitech.pt, indicando o equipamento, assim como a sua anomalia (em caso de garantia). Ou dirija-se diretamente à loja física.
Após a recepção do equipamento, a ibitech irá realizar vários testes, com o objetivo de validar o estado de conservação do dispositivo. Verificando-se o cumprimento de todas as condições acima mencionadas, a ibitech irá seguir uma das seguintes opções:
- Refund, within 5 working days, the amount paid by the customer;
- Exchange the equipment if repair is not possible;
- Repair of the equipment, without any additional charge, under the elements protected by the guarantee.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Apenas substituímos equipamentos que se apresentem com defeito de fabrico. Caso seja necessária a troca do equipamento adquirido, envie-nos um e-mail para geral@ibitech.pt e envie o seu equipamento para: Travessa de rio maior 20, 4535-327 paços de Brandão.
The average resolution time, after sale, is 7 working days, whereas by law (Decree Law No. 84/2008 of 21 May) the maximum resolution time is 30 days.
Shipping conditions:
In case of exchange or return, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
No ato de envio, o cliente deverá incluir os dados de cliente fornecidos à ibitech no ato da compra.
Não será possível à ibitech garantir o recebimento do envio, pelo que sugerimos utilizar um serviço que inclua código de rastreio.
Refunds
Once the product for return has been received and checked, we will send you an email notifying you. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit note will be issued via our invoicing system and sent to your e-mail address immediately. The refund will then be made via bank transfer. Proof of the transfer will also be sent to your e-mail address.
Note: Only normal priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional goods cannot be refunded.
Late or absent reimbursement
If you have not received a refund, please double-check your bank account. The refund amount should be available within one working day.
Our policy for exchanges or returns is 14 days after the act of purchase. After this period, it will not be possible to request a refund or exchange.
In order to exchange or return the equipment, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received.
To complete the return, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase. If this is not possible, you will be asked to provide the purchase details so that they can be verified in the system.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
